If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unwashed, and uninstalled.

  • In the same condition as when you received it.

  • In the original packaging, including all accessories or tags if applicable.

  • Free from stains, odors, alterations, or signs of wear.

Please note: Due to the nature of fabric products, items showing signs of installation or cleaning cannot be accepted for return.


Proof of Purchase

All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Return

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Instead, contact us directly to initiate your return process by emailing [email protected].
We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Items returned beyond 30 days but within a reasonable extension (subject to review).

  • Items received in a condition not meeting our full return criteria.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. First, recheck your bank account or payment method.

  2. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless defective.

  • Custom-made or altered curtains (if applicable) are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.


Exchanges

We gladly replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your curtains for the same model, please email us at [email protected] with details and photos if possible.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your return is approved, any return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund amount.


Important Tips for Return Shipping

  • For returned items valued over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • BlueMist StoreService is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
